So, how should you begin the process of choosing a Web site design firm? Here are the steps gillINC recommends:

 

1. Make a list of goals that you want the site to accomplish.

 

2. View Web designer's sites to find samples that look good and do what you need.

 

3. Find out who in a firm are the key people responsible for actually doing the work on your site.
