Use simple functional design principles on the core display in order to allow variety elsewhere.
The basic purple rectangle of this display is the constant. Assembled from cubes, it can reach a variety of heights to accommodate however much product is needed to be shown.
         The house shape is a lightweight detachable panel that can be easily exchanged for any graphic that supports another message.


Consider all the options.
Once the message is clear, an art director should see all the image possibilities. Even when there are quite a few options available to accommodate each subject area that needs representation. The chances of being able to create pleasing visual relationships improves with the number of choices that are supplied. In this exhibit, the average was six photos for each topic.
